What’s the process for ordering a yard sign?
It’s super simple! Just use the form to pick your occasion, choose your design, and let us know any personal touches you'd like. We will reach out to you to confirm all details and send you over an invoice once we have discussed all your wants for the special day! You have 24 hours to complete the invoice. After that, we’ll take care of the rest and have your sign delivered and set up!
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We recommend giving us at least 48 hours notice for your special event. A week is even better to ensure all customized needs. This way, we can ensure our team has plenty of time to create something truly fantastic for you!
Can you help with last-minute requests?
Sometimes! Give us a call or shoot us an email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your short notice — because who doesn’t love a surprise? A rush fee of $25 does come with last minute requests.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my event?
Don’t worry! Our yard signs are designed to handle a little wind and rain. However, we can arrange a reschedule if conditions are too severe. Your celebration deserves to shine!
How do I take down the yard sign after the celebration?
You don't, and we really prefer you don't tamper with the signs at all. Let us do all the dirty work for you! We will pick up after 24 hours and disassemble for you!
Do you offer yard sign rentals in areas outside of North Dallas?
Currently, we are focused on spreading joy in North Dallas, but for a travel fee, we are able to accommodate other areas in the Dallas area. We’re always looking to expand and bring our fun displays to new places.
Delivery and Setup for Your Custom Yard Sign Displays
To ensure a smooth setup and protect our lawn display equipment, please review the following guidelines before your scheduled delivery.
Yard Preparation
• The yard must be watered the night before installation so the ground is soft enough for stakes.
• Please make sure the lawn is free of pet waste before setup.
• Sprinkler systems should be turned off during the display period.
• We cannot install signs in extremely hard, rocky, frozen, or overly muddy ground.
Access to the Property
• We must have full access to the yard at the time of setup. If the property is in a gated community, please provide gate codes or notify security in advance.
• If we are unable to access the yard at the scheduled time, setup may be delayed or canceled without a refund.
During Your Greeting Rental
• Please do not move or remove the signs once they are installed.
• Do not mow, edge, or weed eat around the signs.
• Keep pets away from the display to prevent damage.
• Spark Yard Greetings is not responsible for damage caused by lawn equipment, pets, weather, or other people.
Damaged or Missing Signs
• Clients are responsible for any signs that are damaged, stolen, or missing during the rental period.
• Please do not allow anyone to lean on, play on, or remove the signs.
Photo Friendly Reminder
• Feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and tag us on social media! We love seeing your celebrations.
Removal
• We will return to remove the display at the scheduled time. You do not need to be home for removal.
• Please do not attempt to pull the signs out of the ground yourself.

Policies and Preparation for Your Spark Yard Greeting
At Spark Yard Greetings, we’re all about joy, celebration, and making memories pop in your front yard. But with every jubilant occasion comes a few important guidelines to keep the fun rolling smoothly!
We want you to know that your privacy and satisfaction are our top priorities. Here’s a peek at our policies:
- **Privacy Policy:** We only gather the information we need to create your perfect yard greeting. No secret snooping here! Your details stay safe and sound with us.
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve and secure your event date. Once we receive your booking request, an invoice will be sent and payment must be completed within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online payment system.
Clients are responsible for any missing, stolen, or damaged lawn display items and will be invoiced accordingly.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we are happy to work with you. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery will receive a full refund or may transfer the full payment to a future booking date based on availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery will receive a 50% refund, or you may choose to apply the full amount as a credit toward a future booking.
In the event of severe weather, we may be unable to install lawn displays for safety reasons. Severe weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, hail, ice, strong winds, tornado warnings, or any weather conditions that could damage the display or create unsafe working conditions. If we are unable to deliver due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Light rain alone will not cancel a delivery. We also reserve the right to remove a display early if dangerous weather develops.
No refunds will be issued due to incorrect addresses provided by the client. A confirmation email will be sent after booking, and we ask that you carefully review the delivery address and date to avoid any issues.
No refunds will be issued if:
• The recipient asks for the display to be removed early
• We are unable to access a gated community due to lack of entry information
• Loose or aggressive animals prevent safe setup
• Yard conditions prevent installation (such as extremely hard or rocky ground)
• Any situation beyond our control prevents setup at the delivery location
Spark Yard Greetings reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the delivery location is deemed unsafe for our team or equipment. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded.
