All payments are processed via our PCI-compliant provider. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Refunds: Strategy Session bookings are refundable up to 48 hours before your call. Implementation and Ongoing Optimization work follow the terms outlined on each checkout page.
Which service should I start with?
If you’re unsure, the Strategy Session is the best starting point. We’ll audit your current approach, quantify the biggest opportunities, and recommend whether a Sprint or ongoing engagement makes sense.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you book a Strategy Session and decide to move into an Implementation Sprint within 14 days, we credit 50% of your session fee toward the sprint.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We regularly work inside tools like Stripe, Paddle, Shopify, Webflow, HubSpot, and custom stacks. During onboarding, we’ll confirm access and guardrails with your team.
